How much do you charge?
It depends on the size of your home and what condition it's in. Deep cleans are $50/hr and usually take 4 to 8 hours depending on the home. After that, regular maintenance cleans move to a flat rate so you know exactly what you're paying each time. Get in touch and I can give you an exact quote for your place.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. I bring everything. Vacuum, mop, cleaning products, the lot. You don't need to supply a thing. I use products that are safe for kids and pets too.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured with public liability coverage and police checked.
How long does a clean take?
Deep cleans typically take 4 to 8 hours depending on the size and condition of your home. Regular maintenance cleans are quicker, usually 2 to 4 hours. I don't rush. I'd rather take an extra 15 minutes and do it properly than cut corners.
What do you clean?
I cover all the main areas of your home including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and laundry.
Can I be home during the clean?
Completely up to you. Some clients prefer to be home for the first clean and that's fine. Others leave a key and head out. I'm happy either way.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just give me 24 hours notice and we can reschedule, no problem. Life happens. I just ask for a day's notice so I can manage the schedule.
